The spectacular lagoon swimming pool and central landscape design features capitalize on the unique and breathtaking qualities
of the existing natural environment. The majority of the residential buildings and support facilities have been allocated alongside the
courtyard and water features. Major access routes to the beachfront have been placed on the lagoon side for practicality.

The arrival pavilion is located close to the main entrance using dynamic orientation to take full advantage of the narrow land area at this point.
